Manufacturing Stages and Services:

Step I:  Initial Ideas

Sales representatives translate your needs into quality, economical products. Quality needs are noted and communicated to ensure your requests are integrated into the production of customized parts.

Step II:  Drafting of a Customized Part

Del-Air research and development engineers utilize current technology to translate your ideas into computer aided engineered drafts. Such drafts will include critical dimensions and customized accessories. Using a design brief, Del-Air can ensure all details are covered including size, color, critical dimensions, tolerance, and weight. Our engineers can suggest designs that will meet your needs for quality and performance.

Step III:  Purchasing of Raw Materials

Del-Air works constantly to ensure quality raw materials are priced economically for you. We can source new and innovative parts and accessories. Multiple reputable suppliers are consulted to ensure the lowest price for the best quality parts. We will do the shopping for you. Parts department personnel ensure parts are on-hand when they are needed. Knowledgeable staff are prepared to answer your questions.

Step IV:  Mold Fabrication

Experienced and skilled welders can process drawings into quality molds. In house metal work can be completed to keep costs low. Cooperative and insightful welders work to produce custom molds and parts.

Step V:  Prototype

We have trained and knowledgeable staff who are eager to rotomold quality parts pull after pull. Customer approval allows continuation into the production stage. We take pride in our facility and our production. Quality standards are in place from the moment your plastics are initiated in the design stage until your parts are produced and shipped out to you.

Step VI:  Production

Assembly, cutting and trimming is completed in the production stage. Del-Air staff ensures your specialized requirements are fulfilled.

Step VII:  Quality Check

Using ISO 9001 guidelines, your product is monitored for quality and performance throughout all eight manufacturing steps.

Step VIII:  Shipping

Having an experienced, skilled, and creative shipping department ensures proper storage of your product and fast turnaround of orders. Warehouse space and organization allows for safe storage of materials indoors or out - as per the customer’s needs.
